The plant arrived well packaged and looking really healthy. I followed the instructions and put it in water because I wasn't able to plant it right away. I planted it the following day and it looks very happy and healthy. Very happy with my purchase and look forward to it blooming in a couple years.

Healthy plants

Don't buy, unless you are willing to water. I planted these along a ditch line with some Chinese Fringe Jazz Hands scrubs. They came in the mail ready to plant with the roots contained in a pouch of plastic like styrofoam. I threw away the useless instructions to plant and care. I planted each in a hole a foot in diameter with half of my yard soil and half with Miracle Grow garden soil. I sprinkled a hand full of premium plant fertilizer (Osmocoat Plus) over each. I then covered each in cypress wood chip mulch. I planted a year ago, in late September 2023. I watered them every three days, until the rain stated in the winter. I had to start watering again in July 2024 with the Summer drought and 90 degree plus heat. My water bill for four months I estimated $10 for each of the four that I planted. That is not bad, since I don't want my time and money drying up and blowing away from neglect. I took photo in the dark, but you can see the difference between the tallest one is three feet tall and the shortest one is two feet tall. Do be fooled. Gardening and growing your on food is hard work. It requires a lot of time, labor, knowhow, and money. It's not your fault.
