I thought I had ordered the Smithfield fresh smoked ham. But looking at the Oder it was not there. Everything else was delivered. I am happy with the delivery.

These drops have really saved me. It's very convenient to order them from Walmart because they come along with my grocery order and are at a very good price. I have to use these four times a day to prevent dryness in my eyes and these have definitely worked so well.

what is with the 6.99 charge???? As a member I only get free shipping? Also, can we use our OTC cards on items from the pharmacy, If so can you gave list on what items. thanks

I have had dry eye for a few months off and on, and these are fantastic. I love that I can use them freely without worrying about preservatives irritating more, and they are very effective and soothing.

Funny I accidentally ordered two One delivered from store and one shipped free. Haha. One from store was $10.plus and one shipped free 13plus. Tell me how it is shipped free

The drops themselves are good if you can get them in your eyes. There is so much plastic packaging and when you break the top off the tube it's quite sharp so be careful you don't scratch your dye.

The product will be expired in 9 months.

I ordered these through the delivery service. The seal is broken and the no. Is torn. The box looks old and as if it's been through horrible conditions. I am afraid to use new product because how do I know it hasn't been tampered with. Something meant to be sterile and used for something as delicate as the eyes, I can't just leave that to chance.

Buyer Beware!!! I was concerned about the discrepancy between the Lot Number on the Box and Lot Number on the vials inside the box I purchased. I spoke with someone in consumer affairs and the medical division at the maker of Refresh, and was told that their products have 2 separate Lot Numbers (a lot number on the carton/box, and a different lot number on the product inside the carton/box). I was told that this is not unusual for Refresh. In fact, the first woman I spoke with at the company had a couple of different Lot Numbers for the carton of the same product, with the same expiration date of 11/2026. She stated that the product and carton are made in different places. I asked where the product was manufactured in comparison to where the carton was made, and no one was able to answer this simple question.. that clearly a consumer has the right to know. Frankly, I have never seen nor used a product where the lot numbers do not match (inside and outside). Because of these inconsistencies and safety concerns, I did not use the product and returned it to Walmart. I reported my concerns to Walmart as well. Refresh may be a good product, but I will never know, as I will not be using any of their products. It's a matter of trust!
