I used the stress reducer, mood elevator pill (turquoise bottle) before purchasing this kit that additionally includes the fat burner pills (red bottle). I love the stress-reducing pills. The fat burner pills are causing me stress and irritability and I think it's because of the high levels of caffeine. If using the red bottle pills, I do not suggest consuming coffee or any other energy-stimulant food or vitamins... It also caused some sleeplessness until I realized that it included caffeine. I just felt comfortable trying this kit because I have had a positive experience with the stress reducer. Unfortunately, this fat burner is causing stress:) I can't handle that much caffeine or the mood swings crashing from the caffeine are causing me;P
