Love Remington brand hair tools! For reference, I have naturally straight hair that is fine. I have used conair, hot tools %26 babyliss brands that do not hold curls in my hair. This one gave me springy curls and even flat ironed some of them down and still have curls. The volume it gives is everything. The curls lasted 2 days. Definitely recommend.

I loved it!! Especially the way my curls can put

After about an hour it shuts off for safety but after it shut off while I was ALMOST done with my hair using it for the first time it never would come back on. I tried a different outlet and even waited 30 minutes to see if it had a timer limit on it and it still wouldn't come on. Taking it back tomorrow and getting my money back.

I didn't realize that this was a curling iron wand without a clamp. I watched videos on how to use it and I just knew it was not going to work for me. My hair is to my butt it is so long. there's no wrapping it around that's going to work easily. So, I am returning the item and already purchased one with a clamp.

The WRONG item was delivered yo me and I can't use it.

I only had these wands for 2 weeks ..used them once and now they don't work.. horrible product
