Works best if you read to understand the instructions, I was guilty the quick glance over with no extra research on what is best paired foods and missed out on full benefits the first time around. I felt it working as soon as I took it. Me I occasionally bloat and very sluggish around monthly periods. But I took this pill after eating and it worked instantly. It work better than my align pills. I never had a product work so fast.

No taste, just vegetables capsules. Work quickly with drinking lots of water. Good outcome. My GI doctor recommends daily use for my medical conditions. If it came in a larger quality rather than the 3 days detox, that would be great and cost effective.

This Colon cleanse works very well and is without severe abd cramping that I experience with other meds. Everything becomes nice and soft and I feel amazing after this 3 day cleanse.

This 3 day cleanse mostly cleansed my bladder and did not cause many bowel movements. I took the morning pills on an empty stomach and drank 10 oz of water each hour. On the 3rd day however, I passed the longest %232 of my life lol. All in all I would say that it works. To increase your amount of bowel movements, I recommend eating lots a salads and high fiber foods, these pills alone wont make you use the bathroom profusely. Cleansing your bowel is best done as a slow process and you will need MORE than just 3 days around 15 days

I ordered grape with seeds but instead I got seedless grapes which I do not like at all I'm only asking that next time it be seeded grapes

This product did nothing for me. i was hoping to go at some point. Nothing. Better off eating dragon fruit, putting a little bit of chia seed in your water to use the bathroom. 0/10 don't recommend.
