I ordered the 3 day cleanse for pickup and there wasn't any left so I got these as a substitute. At first, I took one for a couple of nights with water, then graduated to two. They have definitely been working. My bloating has went down, my pants fit better and I don't feel like I'm suffocating in my jeans. Also, movements have been good too. Plentiful. There's no laxative effect. I wasn't expecting it to work so great. Would definitely buy again.

I don't know that I'd call this gentle. Yes, it's not ex-lax and slightly more kind to your system. I'd recommend taking this on the weekends or when you have easy access to a restroom. Am I less bloated? Absolutely. Do I hate my life because of the amount of times I've been summoned to the bathroom because of this “gentle” reset in one day? Also, absolutely. You're going to poop put that bubble gum you swallowed 10 years ago, but you'll be thinner if that's what you're going for. Good luck. Get yourself some wipes and some soft TP my friend.

0 stars says its healthy and trust worthy or safe “ but when you read it says warning : may contain lead and affect your productive system and birth defect ,” who would want to put a product in there body thats says it may cause that . Would look for something natural and safer !

i haven't took them because they contain lead and thats not good wish i knew this before i let them substitute what i really wanted...
