Except battery. Weighs 130lbs! Slightly larger than expected.
Very nice battery for my camping needs.
We use these 3 in a bank for 120 inverter power charging by diesel alternatoe or solar panel when stationary. Lots of 12volt and 120 power. Love the purchase!. Thank you.
Fantastic batteries we bought two and now we are no longer dependent on our generator. The solar panels and six batteries total now power everything!!! Thank you Renogy they really are doing fantastic it’s nice to be independent finally no generator noise.
This is the first battery I bought for my solar setup after a lot of research and I am very pleased with the purchase. Right now, I'm only running a single battery with a few loads and it seems to be working accordingly. I have this hooked up to the Renogy 50 amp DC-DC, 200 watt solar, and alternator which gives me plenty of juice...so far. I am looking to add a few more loads to the circuit but I think this battery should be plenty for our build. Battery monitoring on our setup uses the Bt-2 module which I'm not impressed with at all.
I bought this battery for home backup power: TV, internet, a few lights, and maybe the refrigerator and freezer, all via a 1500 watt pure sine wave inverter. Based on past experience with 4 100 AH lead acid marine batteries, I believe this battery will provide an equal amount of power. But all I've done so far is charge it to 100%, discharge it to 50% and recharge it to 90% using Renogy's 20 Amp charger and my sine wave inverter. It appears to work properly.
I am quite satisfied with my new battery. I'm using it in a solar power system in my shop. It has performed well so far. I could never remember to add water to the previous deep cycle batteries and I really like the idea of not being required to do so much pesky maintenance with the gel cell. It was a bit pricey but being so much easier is worth it. The only drawback might be the weight, it is a lot heavier than my previous smaller batteries.
Not sure yet, haven't installed once I install and begin using the battery I will give a more detailed evaluation. As of now i can only say it was delivered on time package was intact and battery looks like it is ok :vbb;
The batteries are awesome.so far. Everything that was promised. The Bluetooth is a little quirky. Not sure if that that's the batteries or the DC Home app though. Pur hased a 400w solar kit as well and the app has a hard time seeing the controller as well from 5 feet away. So probably the app.
unfortunately i was looking for a liFEpo4 battery for my rv. this one came up. i search the reviews, looked at the power, ect, and didn't realize that's not what this battery was. i missed the return window, chatted with Walmart to help me return it twice. i was told i could return it, and "renogy" writings reach out to me. this never happened. the battery is good, for what it is, but it is much heavier, and not what i was looking for. i upgraded my controller, and had to install a new battery box. just read what your buying very carefully.
