We had been putting off purchasing a new toner until the old one refused to print. I visited Sam's online & low & behold there was one left in stock! I ordered it from our local Sam's, my husband picked it up & brought it home to install. the best part is that we had received a Sam's $50 gift card in the mail & that was the cost of the toner cartridge. All he had to do was to pay the tax.

I have been purchasing generic toner cartridges but it's always a gamble. I have had print quality problems with 1 out of 3. I realized that in the long run, I'm spending more since I have to trash the poor quality one which were leaving black dots on each page. the cartridge broke my printer. a wheel came off and everyone wants 300 just to slide them back into place in 5 seconds.

1 week after inserting this new cartridge (with maybe 50 pages printed), I'm getting replace toner cartridge message. I troubleshooted this error & it is correct, telling me to prepare a new cartridge, toner is low. What an absolute rip off this item was

This was not a good purchase or experience unfortunately. The printer said the cartridge was empty when I inserted it from the get-go. I looked up a way to override that notification but the printing quality was the pits. Never have I had pages come out faded and this is all I got with this purchase. What is especially upsetting is that I bought the larger capacity cartridge and I didn't even get ten decent pages. Very disappointed. I have to go to the store to see what I can about this.
