Restored Dell Optiplex 7020 Desktop Tower Computer, Intel Core i5, 16GB RAM, 2TB HD, DVD-ROM, Windows 10 Home 64Bit, Black (Refurbished)

My initial reaction to this purchase is astonishment. There are no cosmetic blemishes visible, the cases and frames are in like-new condition, every cable needed was included, and the CPU fired up instantly and flawlessly. The WiFi detected my router without any difficulty and I had a perfect Internet connection in minutes. I purchased this desktop computer primarily for video editing, and even though the description depicted two monitors, I suspected that was a photographical error in the description. It wasn't, and the seller shipped TWO monitors - again, with all needed cables and even an adapter. Both monitors synced up instantly, and they'll make video editing more efficient and productive. And, while the seller disclosed the possibility of dead pixels in the display perimeter, both monitors appear to have 100% viewability. Packaging was nearly perfect, with robust padding around critical components, all of which arrived safely. I was concerned that the keyboard was packed at the bottom of the box, but again, zero damage in shipping. I have no long term experience with this unit, and did purchase a two-year protection plan for it.

I must admit I was a little taken aback by not having wifi but an adapter was only $10. I'm now on the internet so hopefully won't have to deal with any other out dates issues.

I got this for my husband and it causes him great anxiety just trying to boot it up or get a connection. We use it to keep up with our friends and family.

As I was unboxing the computer, I found that the display stand for one of the 2 monitors was broken and could not be used. I call for support and they arranged for it to be swapped out. Then I set up the rest and I found that the other monitor had a glich in the middle of the screen. At that time I also noticed that I ordered a Optiplex 7020, but I received a 7010. I then decided that I was going to just give up and send the entire thing back. The return process was very good.

This computer had serious issues. Once we finally got it to come on and got it connected to internet, all of our computers on the same internet crashed. 1 of the screens purchased worked all of one day, and then just died with colored lines going all through it. I did purchase the warranty, but due to the way that this computer made my other computers crash, I am leery of the what information this computer sucked off of my systems as a whole, and I am not willing to send it back for my information to be hacked off of it. It comes on but will not do anything - just sits there and spins .... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY SENDING OUT A REFURBISHED COMPUTER THAT WAS SO TERRIBLE!!!! WILL NOT EVER BY A REFURBISHED AGAIN FROM THEM. I will just be out my money to keep from having information stolen from me.

Didn't work when we got it and does not have a hgmi

I had it one day plugged in got it up and running then it shutdown .wont restart .tryd reboot nope shutdown down .worst computer I every brought .dont recommend buying used or reconditioned etc from Walmart

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase. first the Delivery date was off, (received it two weeks later.) Now the computer isn't working at all.

Why do I have to wait my money is all ready paid now you pay me for every day it's late or just keep it I needed it by 2-10 that's why I bought it now I have to go use somebody else's
