Restored Microsoft Xbox One S 500GB Blu-Ray Disc Player 500 GB Console (Refurbished)

Xbox has worked perfect so far , the controller that was sent with it works but the up button doesn't an thats an important one but other than that i love it

The xbox we purchased was refurbished but in great condition. It was not damaged and it works great!!!!

The console it self was never refurbished it self I do have pictures I was not made aware of this issue till my son told me he was having issues with it then when I asked my wife she said it didn't come in the original box just came in a bag and it was all scratched up!!! Now I'm going to get my son an even better one.

So they say that it's refurbished that's bullcrap I spent $219 as you can see that's not true case it's not clean at all if I wasn't such a dang nice person I'd chew yall but I called and they wanted us to return it and get my money back thankfully my husband knows what he's doing when it comes to this stuff because I don't know what the heck half of this stuff is….. I thought I was doing a good thing by buying my husband something he could do until I got him a new Xbox series x but looks like we ain't buying anything else from Walmart again yall suck
