Its idd, its my first ever escooter. That being said, im learning my turns better and getting it down. The scooter itself KICKS, id say this is an amazing first scooter. It has get up and go power, the screen ks nice, i bought it refurbished and theres zero problems so far. Long charge time but i knew there would be with 2 batteries. I wish it had a taillight, but for the price you really cant beat it. 10/10 would recommend.

gets up to 15mph in sports mode speed limit mode gets up to 9mph standard mode gets up to 12mph the light on it is bright enough for my rides home after work (from like 12am to 3am) Overall its a great purchase. well worth the $220 (taxes included in that)

Scooter may be refurbished but looks brand new. It can go long distances and the front shock absorber makes it comfortable to ride. I also like the solid rear tires as you don't have to worry about punctures.

The price on the scooter is very good. I brought the scooter pacifically because I can take the battery out and charge it at work. But the battery does have connection issues with the scooter. You have to really make sure that it's inserted by pressing it hard. I wish other scooters were like this but this thing really needs a seat because it would really make things a lot safer. This is a standing scooter that can go 25 mph which makes it a hazard. I know from experience because I dislocated my knee by hitting into a rock at full speed. It takes about 10 seconds to come to a full stop when going at full speed. And now I'm paying thousands of dollars in medical bills. You really need full body protection to ride a standing scooter at high speed. Otherwise I would not recommend going more than 15 mph or it's slowest setting.

my Segway has not operated right since I bought it. I've contacted y'all multiple times. I've filled my warranty info an have not heard anything from y'all after atoeast 10 attempts. now I believe y'all have wasted my warranty. Jeyson is alot more helpful with scooter it seems . my daughter has 58 km only so far. shes barely been able to ride it..

Lasted around 1 month and have had nothing but issues with errors and reverting to eco mode etc.

This scooter would not charge from day one. We had to return it, then no others were available at same price.

It was great initially but after a month the bike goes off and on. Definitely some electrical problems.

Does not work...Tested it and got a few feet when it suddenly stopped and locked never to work again while constant flashing and beeping...was a Christmas gift...have to send back

Item received was broken and would not conect to bluetooth, and fender was broken! When asked for a replacement, they sent a refund i have not received it yet after 3 weeks. Now the item is higher in price! Increíble how christmas was ruined for my son this way!
