the only thing I didn't like about it was the price but that's just because how long it's been out and it's already a new one and eventually they're about to drop another one but work like it should the chargers seems to be really the only cheap thing that came with it lol

Works like new. Got it for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. I called number given cause i didnt know how to pair remotes and they were very helpful as well.

i didn't like the postal package that it came in. I was supposed to be for a Christmas gift, so i wanted to make sure it worked properly. The HDMI cord was not working, so I was going to return it but my husband brought one and it started working. Besides that it could have been wiped off,it was dusty, a lot of scratches but i guess you get what you pay for

I got my game on 18th November, 2023 and it is working ok thus far. However, the control has a dent that is very noticeable and it's annoying but it works. Additionally, thanks for the free game and candies that came along, I really appreciated that.

perfect item unfortunately it was delivered in bubble wrap in a walmart box and was refused by facility , it was not secure in orginal type packaging sealed and tamper proof bummer

controller broken !..game system very slow and sluggish.I.spent 220 on a restored aystem that has a broken controller.. Unexceptionable!

controller came in damaged. system only worked for 2 days and then went into safe mode and would not come out. Evidence on the front of system that it had been overheating. Now I have to wait to get a refund once the system is received and checked. $300 is a lot to wait on. Highly disappointed!

The product shipped fast and came with all the equipment, but it was covered in dust and the box was damaged. When I went to turn on the system I realized they just did a factory reset and just left it at that. That would be fine but the hard drive was actually damaged and they never actually “refurbished” the system. It was completely unplayable even after I attempted to do a manual usb system reset from the PlayStation website. I ended up returning the product and I am waiting for my refund. For how much they are asking for it would be in your best interest to just invest in a new console then buy from this company.

I bought a PlayStation 4 online didnt realize it was from a 3rd party got it and it didnt work at all. Its been over a week since I returned the system and still no refund

See photo for description of items included in the purchase. But never received wireless headset for an immersive gaming experience. Seller states this was never the case.
