I wish I'd got one for my wife now they're sold out

purchased it as supposed to have been a straight talk phone called in to have my service sqitch come to find out its on their bring your own phone list. works good but make sure you order a bring your own phone kit when you purchase!

Phone is slow, has small memory. Screen is much smaller than my s9+, but appearance wise was in new shape. But sometimes it just drops off your page..

I pulled it out of the box and the battery is swelling up and ready to blow up. The back is detached. If this is your quality control I don't want it. Do better

we received the item knowing it was a refurbished but after it sat in a wrapped box before Christmas for 2 weeks he opened it to find the battery was swollen and the back case was off which was barely held on by adhesive. though after contacting 1800walmart. they were sorry for this happening and offered a refund or replacementi took the refund not wanting to chance it again.

Just received this refurbished phone today from Walmart online, the battery swelled up and blew the back of the door off before I received it, so I felt Walmart and there employees tried to rip me off by selling me a phone that had not been refurbished at all, very disappointed, then on top of that I had to return the phone at my Walmart store to get a refund, they would not give me cash refund but only store credit or to refund my PayPal account. Had they refurbished the phone as stated things might be different.

I received my new phone, set it up and immediately got locked out.

The phone freezes every time I charge it. It's Luke the thing gets fried from charging.

The back is coming unglued and I want to return it

it isnt turning on when i charged it. id like to return it back.
