received the unit yesterday. was well packaged plays as if it was brand new i was apprehensive about buying this from Walmart but wow!! so far so good 👍 the cost of the system even with the protection plan is a bit more then 1/3 of a new PlayStation 5. since i am more geared towards retro gaming this is ideal for me. but not everyone may agree it's just a preference

It works great the kids love straight out of box easy to assemble

Not sure at this time on it working but will know more after Christmas. As far as shipping and getting it was fast.

Console had a lot of scratches and marks on it. But other than that it works just fine and am satisfied.

I wish I knew it was a third party purchase and why it's not a warranty on it

Console works as described… however very disappointed that the included controller was a very cheap aftermarket controller and missing the battery cover….. Especially for a “ refurbished system”

I personally would like my money back this game keeps cutting off in middle of a game when I play

Got it for Christmas it do not work. What do I need do
