xbox its self is dinged up but works great. controller that they sent woth it that plugs into the system is not authorized for the xbox one and stopped working with the xbox.

Does not work! Starts to turn on and keeps shutting off. All scratched up and in poor condition. when i got it to turn all ghe way on it gave an error and then shut down again.... not refurbished or tested at all.

We bought this for our grandson for Christmas and it is not working correctly it's not wanting to come on and when it does come on it's not popping up the page to connect it's just blank
