Very good straightener for the price. Heat up time is at a bare minimum which I love. I have coarse unruly long thick hair. The 1-1/2" plate makes smoothing and straightening quick, meaning more time to do other things.

It's very light to handle not heavy at all it does not take long at all to heat. Will purchase as a gift for a friend or family.

This flat iron heats up fast. It works much better than my previous flat iron, which was significantly more expensive. Get one, you won't be disappointed.

This is so easy to use. The comb attachment is something I have never had, and it really helps to smooth my hair. It heats up really fast.

I have 3B/3C medium density hair which is a few inches shy of being at my tailbone when straightened. I got this flat iron because of the reviews and because the comb attachment would make my life easier. I usually use a one-inch Amika flat iron but decided to get a bigger one since my hair has grown a lot since the last time I straightened it. It arrived with no damage. The comb attachment was easy to put on the flat iron. It got hot really fast and the heat stayed consistent while straightening my pre-straighened, blowdried hair. The plates slid along my hair well without much snagging. The issue is when I tried to straighten thin sections it felt like the plates were not completely closing around my hair, so I had to squeeze them together and do multiple passes to get my hair to straighten properly. If the plates came together better I'd keep the flat iron. I've decided to return it and keep using my Amika for future hair straightening.

the only positive things to say about this straightener is that the price is good, it heats up quickly and there is an auto shut off. otherwise it does not work on thin bangs and small sections of hair. hair slides right through it. i returned it and will probably have to spend a little more for quality.

Comb doesn't stay . It pops off when using it.
