Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's my first time in my kitchen, this type of rice was always used to white, so I dared to prepare it and it's very different but tasty. Its flavor is identical to white. The instructions to make them are too easy. The texture is very rich and the packaging fabulous, because you can use and save what you are not going to do.

High Nutrition
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster & RiceSelect for sending this complimentary Black Rice. First time trying Black Rice and I was surprised for all the good nutritional content. Very interesting that it was historical reserved for Chinese Royalty. I cooked it with salt, 1:2 water ratio, olive oil and garlic/salt/parsley for about 30 min. Consistency a little chewy, reminded me of brown rice a little bit. Very interesting sutil after taste. I'll definitely cook it again because it's high antioxidant content.

Wonderful flavor, great container.
Delicious rice! Easy to make in the electric rice cooker. The taste is all that I expected, rice is clean, no stones, sticks , etc , like others. The container is very good to maintain it tightly sealed and in order in the cabinet.

this particular brand of rice is not completely black rice, it has dark wild rice also, but has a very delicious aromatic aroma when it is roasted. It is very nutritious, and a great addition to any bean ball recipe.

Save you money
Haven’t used any, yet. However the lid is made of flimsy plastic and broke in transit due to rough handling I suppose. It was shipped in one of those brown bags. Not great for a pricy rice. Would not buy again.
