Great product. I love that it gives just what you need and not unnecessary fillers, as well as it's backed by studies that show absorption, and it's high quality. I have some underlying conditions (in addition to being vegan), so I am pretty cautious about what I put in my body, and so I'm grateful that Ritual exists.

I am sooo happy I found a clean, tasteful, postnatal to take. Just like the prenatal, I found myself feeling like myself again after taking my ritual vitamins. After over two years of taking Ritual vitamins I had one capsule one time arrive defective and Ritual was on it! They sent me a whole new bottle. What I really appreciated was them asking for the lot number and serial number on the bottle. Not only did they care about getting me a new bottle, but also tracking down where it came from. I LOVE my ritual vitamins but they sent me citrus instead of mint in my last order. Still going to take them though because the benefits are what matter most!

beware eventho its description says safe for post partum, lactation, breastfeeding, and baby the product description does not say mint anywhere. i opened the product and was hit with the sent of mint. after researching and consulting with a lactation specialist mint will effect/decrease milk supply. Extremely disappointing.
