I've been using this product for years so when I saw I could purchase it through my local Walmart I was so excited! A clean product that is definitely worth the price.

These are the only prenatals I could tolerate! I wish they weren't so pricey. Unfortunately, they're worth it IMO.

I have used these prenatals for 4 months now, in one word. Perfect. In my opinion this specific prenatal has everything in one capsule. I feel confident that my baby and I are getting all the right minerals and vitamins we need. The #1 thing that sold me on these prenatals is that I know exactly what is in them. Ritual lists every ingredient, and where it came from. There is no guessing on the strange name of some ingredient we don't even know how to pronounce. In my book that is 100% peace of mind. They truly do care about their product and customers.

holy grail! improved my dysmenorrhea symptoms

Ellie E. April 30, 2026

I have been on a healthy diet and still struggled with severe painful labor like dysmenorrhea on and off for the past 14 years (I know this is a prenatal vitamin), I've tried PMS supplements, birth control pills, a healthy diet you name it but I had to stay out of work 1-3 days every month due to how bad my pain was. I ordered this back in February and started taking 1 capsule a day (to save money) and within a month my pain, cramps, PMS, that are all tied/related to dysmenorrhea, and prostaglandins all reduced by 85%, I was astonished, moved and shocked I wasn't even taking the full dose/serving and it was only a one month difference. I asked ritual when can I type them a review and they told me I have to wait and then I got an email 2 months later asking me to type a review and here I am. (by the way I am not at all claiming this product cures or treats anything ) I simply was deficient in some things that this product contained and it helped me reach my RDA for. It has the most natural, clean and easiest digestible form of Vitamin D, Magnesium, b12, Folate, Omega 3 all which helped my hormones, and reduced prostaglandins in my body It also helped with my brittle nail breakage I will remain a faithful customer and I will in fact want to be in a commercial and even advertise Ritual's products. only thing is I wish there was more capsules in the bottle instead it runs out within 30 days, that's why I take 1 capsule only. I don't care about the burp-back that is the least of my problems in fact the burp back lets me know if I absorbed it in my body, the lemony scent reminds me of a lemon tart so scrumptious.

The only prenatal that works for me

Angelica April 23, 2026

I am currently 18 weeks, and this is the only prenatal that has not caused me to be nauseous and also does not smell horrible like the other ones. I love it so much. I will continue to take it throughout my pregnancy. It has been so smooth, and I also really love to pair it with the ritual choline supplement. The only thing that sucks is the fishy burps. If you take it a little earlier in the day, you'll definitely notice it, but I tend to take it at night, and it's not an issue.

My fav prenatal

Christina M. March 16, 2026

Ritual has been my companion for a while now on my fertility journey and I've loved this supplement so much. It's easy on my stomach, if needed I can take it with no food and just a glass of water, and the lemony essence is what makes it so easy! No foul odors or tastes with this prenatal!

it tastes awful

Carla November 11, 2025

I am not a fan of lemon and they have a very strong lemon smell. The pills are also pretty large and you have to take two at once.

2 pill serving size

Violet May 15, 2026

I barely found out after taking this vitamin for a couple weeks that its a serving size of 2, not 1 -__- I feel that should be printed on the front of the bottle or mentioned in various places before purchasing, not in tiny white letters on the back. That upset me for that to have not been made clear; im used to seeing serving size on the front unless its just the standard of 1 pill. Aside from that, I dont experience fishy burps like other people are saying in their reviews. Maybe because ive only taken 1 a day lol.

Overall positive, but why must they be essenced?!

Allison S. February 9, 2026

I've been taking these prenatal vitamins for about 6 months and, overall, I think they are a high quality product. However, the reason I'm going to discontinue and switch to a different brand is due to the essence they add to the vitamins. I don't understand why this is necessary and I find both the mint and citrus to taste terrible. You can remove the essence “tabs” from the bottles which helps a little but I find the smell and taste to still be very strong. And remember…this is for people who might be pregnant! I already don't feel well and am averse to most strong smells so why would I want a vitamin that has such strong smell and flavor? Maybe other people love it but I am looking forward to when I am done with the amount sent to me through the prescription and I can switch!
