The dressing tool works very well and does all that it advertises to do. I have gone thru three of the other tools that are made of plastic and they have all broken during regular use, some lasted a little longer and some failed quickly. the wood and metal wire construction of this tool may very well make it last much longer.

Bought this for post rotator cuff surgery, and it's proven to be positively indispensable. I am an elderly, handicapped (polio) person who requires usage of a rollator to walk. I use this stick mostly for everything but the intended use! Put one of those hair elastics on rollator handle and hang stick there by the hook; have it always with me. Use it to pull rollator to me when sitting in chair, to grab anything, (believe it or not, handier than a traditional "grabber") and so many everyday uses. Try it yourself and discover your own personal, unique uses. The bottom line is; this little stick is an invaluable tool to aid anyone with leg or arm (or both) challenges, and RMS in particular is a brand I've used and trust.

I absolutely love this item! I'm preparing for hip surgery and have difficulty with everything right now. I use this all the time! I have 2 in different places in my home. This one is the perfect size for my needs.

I ordered 3 of these sticks. 2 came in perfect condition and 1 was damaged. The wood stick is fine but the white tool that is designed to aid the handicapped is bent to the side. The reason it was damaged is because it was only packed in a paper bag! The other 2 sticks were packed the same way. I guess I was lucky only 1 was damaged. It has no use now. I am in a wheelchair and cannot go to Walmart to return for a refund. What can I do?

the coating peeled off top hook, the first week. the stick is made well, except you don't need to buy the "coated" version, thinking its easier on clothing,etc when it doesn't stay on anyway Yes, I wrote seller through Walmart, no response.
