I ordered the product that morning it was on my doorstep in the afternoon. Product was intact and my grandson will love it for his birthday. I love the fact that they are taking pictures of the products that are delivered and where the products are placed at your residence. Smart idea.

Sound is super clear and headset is comfortable.

My daughter loved this headset for playing her Minecraft and Roblox.

Positives. The steel headband can be bent however widely I need with large pliers. This is the primary feature that got me to buy this headset, as most headsets feel too tight for me. Most others are plastic, or else too expensive. The soft padding of the ear cups and the self-adjusting tensioner also help with comfort. The negatives. The detachable microphone boom does not rotate out of the way like some other headsets, although it is flexible. After a few months, the padding on the self-adjusting tensioner has a sticky substance that can be squeezed out. Maybe some kind of adhesive underneath that has melted. I wrap a small towel around it. And after 1 year, the volume scroll wheel's electrical contact seems to be a little loose, turning it sometimes makes one ear quieter than the other. Comfort and fitting was my main concern. This headset, and for the low to mid price range, has fulfilled that, despite a couple of issues over time.

Microphone stopped working after 1 month so disappointing considering the price and brand!
