Overall, very satisfied. Was hard to get the QR code to scan. Changing my router security setting to WPA-WPA2 %26 scanning in the evening when there was less glare on my phone screen finally got it to scan.

Picture in HD audio clear can view on smartphone or my Roku TV . professional monitor co very affordable and customer service and tech help was great. Hope they go on sale so i can grab a couple more.

it takes a minute to figure out how to make it quit detecting things you don't want notified on. other than that, picture is great. subscription isn't too expensive to record. going to try the sd card to see how that works.

The Camera works well the picture clear my only concern is THEIR WEBSITE. I have yet been able to sign up for the 3.99 per month 14 day cloud service as their website has rejected the VALID expiration dates on all the CC I have tried to use. Even my Debit card. HOPE THIS GETS FIXED OR I WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO RING. Ps love being able to watch the outdoors on my Smart TV with ROKU

Picture is fine, Wasn't very good at detection(missed a lot). Would not stay connected even 20 ft from the router. Have three of the older Ruko cameras that are not perfect but better than the new ones. Hope they get better(like checking cameras on tv).

This is a decent camera, good picture and bright flood light. Not a wide lens, doesn't capture everything. For example, before and after the event it does not show everything. There was a car that parked on the street, but it did not show when the person walked up to our house. It needs a wider view. Installation was easy. Black wire to black wire, white wire to white wire, and secure the ground wire. There are installation instructions with this unit. Your wifi needs to be 2.4ghz. Mine was not, I needed to change it to 2.4ghz. This was the most difficult step. Once this was all set up, I got the subscription for cloud storage. I did not get the 3 months free subscription, because I bought the full year subscription instead of the monthly subscription. Seems unfair that i have to pay a monthly fee in order to get the discount. A yearly fee is 39.99, a monthly fee is 3.99. 3.99 x 12 = 47.88.

Specifically recording to an SD card. It won't record any “events”. Called Support through chat and for three hours. got disconnected once and the next chat session ended up with the tech not responding back after one hour of texting back-and-forth. Got a hold of another technician through chat Support, spent another hour and got no where. They said they would email me after a few days to try and figure out my problem. The camera also can't tell the difference between my parked car in the driveway and a car moving/driving into the driveway. It constantly tells me that a car is detected, which is a car that is not moving. It sends me Alert three times a minute.

I hired an electrician to install the camera above my garage. All the camera images are pink. I contacted the Roku customer service 3 times. One person gave me a list of things to try, none worked. After contacting them again to explain the suggestions did not work, I was told to try the same things again. I finally asked for a replacement. After waiting for a response, I was told I'd receive an email in 24-48 hours telling me what to do. I asked if I was getting a replacement or what. The person sharply said, “Just read the email!” And disconnected the call. It's been 3 days. No email, no nothing.

I would have loved to have used the camera I paid for the person to come in install it paid the extra $99 to the company I forget the name now, but never heard back from them they just took my money and never called me or contacted me emailed me anything like that so I'm going to definitely get my money back on both cuz if Roku can't do better than that then I don't want their camera either

The app sucks! There is no way to adjust settings. trying to get help is a joke. In fact the website %26 customer services phone number was a scam. The scamers hacked my computer and gained access to my banking account. had to have my laptop cleaned and close all my banking accounts %26 credit card. A total nightmare! The cameras only record movement for 1 minute. All around waist if my money %26 time! Still can't find customer service help!
