Great cold packs
They are the best cold gel packs I have ever had. No hard bumps—conform to your body immediately. Last a long time without melting. Do not get your clothes wet!

Great cold-pack for a larger area!
It's a little bigger than the one I have and covers more of my lower back. Price was right and it does the job for me.

It is easy to use, molds to what ever area you need a cols compress. Place in the freezer to get it cold, does not freeze like water in a cup

Disappointing
This item seems to only have a thin layer of gel inside, so it doesn't stay cold or hot as long as some other packs that are gel without the fabric cover. I wasn't impressed. Wouldn't buy another.

I would not purchase this again.
It would only get warm even though I put it back in the microwave again. It never got warm enough to put out any heat. The outer material was good.
