I love this steamer!

Gen October 2, 2025

I love this steamer, it's worth every penny! It's like having an iron on the go! I've used other brands and they do a nice enough job but this steamer makes your clothes look like you ironed them. It has 4 steam settings so you can use it on just about any fabric. I definitely recommend.

I ordered it on Friday, and the package arrived on Saturday afternoon. The quality is good, with no odors. The water reservoir is a bit small, and there's no filling device included, so it's inconvenient to pour water from the tap. I'll keep testing it.

It is quite heavy so you will have a workout. Steam is strong and hot. Reservoir does not hold a lot of water, one full tank is enough for only 3-4 shirts

Works good

Jackeline24 December 29, 2025

I really like this steamer. Reason for leaving 4 stars is because it releases some white stuff. I would greatly appreciate if someone tells me how to avoid this.

Learning curve

Kara December 28, 2025

There seems to be a learning curve with getting this to work. It does produce high heat and high steam, but it is tricky to use this. I can't say it removes wrinkles as well as an iron, but I will keep practicing.

good as a steamer. Not as a replacement for iron

Maya November 1, 2025

Positives: great upright steamer. I like the visual water tank. Negatives: I bought this to replace the need for an iron. This does not get the level of heat that an iron would provide. You will definitely need to have an iron on hand.

Didnt seem as effective as even the 45 dollar handheld Rowenta enrty level steamer. I am guessing there is something internally deffective becauae it is spitting like crazy too

So very disappointed in this brand.

ShearDiva July 30, 2025

This steamer NEVER performed as advertised. It leaked water from the very beginner however I attributed that to user error and didn't return it thinking I would adjust my actions to get better results. For a while that worked but sometimes it really just had water spewing from it no matter what you did. It's hasn't been 2 months of use and it has very little steam and lots of gurgling. It's totally unusable at this point. It's not used everyday and I haven't even used it at all to steam granny squares which was why I purchased the steamer. Walmart and ROWENTA want you to buy purchase protection for a freaking steam iron and that's insane. They know they are selling trash products while consumers have nothing protecting them from these deceptive practices. I purchased a Rowenta iron in the 90's and it lasted more than a decade. It did leak sometimes but for the most part it got the job done. They can make quality products they just refuse to do so anymore. They are allowed to cheat us under the guise of minimum required, industry standards. It's government sanctioned consumer fraud and theft. Walmart didn't even list a the product no longer works properly option and that's suspect as well. It's infuriating. I won't ever try their products again. If it's going to be hit and miss when you buy this brand I may as well try the other options available to me.

It's a 'no' for me

Cinda November 15, 2025

It's awkward to use on an Ironing board, causing clothes to bunch and doesn't smooth thicker clothes like khaki pants and jeans very well. Overpriced and inefficient...extremely disappointed. I will be returning.

Terrible, Intermittent Steam

CherB April 9, 2025

This steamer was more expensive than I would usually pay, but based on the reviews, I thought I would purchase ot because I use a streamer often. However, the main reason I purchased this product was for steaming my mattress and mattress topper, thr steam was powerful when held upright, but when facing down, very minimal and intermitten steam. It was awful, it took way too long to do my mattress. Also , it's hard to get the water chamber out and when filling it with water, you can't see how much water is going in and when it's full. Needless to say, this is being returned!
