its one of the easiest biryani i have cooked. its very flavorful and declicious. only drawback is it doesn't have enough rice for family of 2 and 1 kid. i ended up adding another 3/4 cup of rice when cooking.

now i was expecting to need to provide the protein element. i was not expecting to need to have spices outside what the kit provided. this means i haven't actually been able to prepare this as some critical ingredients are unavailable in my area.

I'm not use to cooking rice on the stove and having to strain it, but I was able to adapt. I prefer to use a rice cooker, makes me wonder if the company can provide instructions for that method. The rice yield the entire pot and was very tasty. I added extra seasoning to make it spicier and mixed in alternative rice to make it less salty. Overall, will recommend to others if they would like to try it out.
