This cooler was very well made. Good quality and I just love the color combo on this design. The zipper was a little tight when I first tried to open it, but it got easier. I really like this item.

This is a well made cooler. The zipper is very well made and because of that makes zipping and unzipping a deliberate action (the cooler includes a zipper lubricant). Ice lasts a couple of days and everything stays cold. Perfect size for our needs, glad we bought this.

Holds ice for a couple of days, longer if the ice is solid. The cooler is large enough to get a Styrofoam take home box in. Has a heavy-duty zipper and the cooler is large enough to not tip over while traveling in the vehicle

It's a good little cooler and love that it's waterproof. The only problem is the zipper is so difficult to open and close. I guess because it's waterproof but I have arthritis in my hands so it is very hard for me to open and close.

I may be returning this cooler and spending the money for a Yeti. The cooler seemed decent quality for the price but the zipper is terrible to open and close. Also there is a front pocket that seems useless. You can barely stuff 2 thin koozies in there.

The zipper is horrible it needs redesigned used 3x and it's very hard to open and the third time the zipper just broke completely off. Definitely returning and looking at alternative coolers.

Does not hold ice well I even add the ice pack with bagged ice melted in just a few hours Really heavy went all item and ice added

Disliked that the cooler doesn't keep the ice cold for long. The zipper is difficult. The cooler isn't good quality. I'm going to return it!

Purchased from Walmart and tried to register it for warranty purposes and RTIC has given me nothing but a run around and failed to honor receipt.

I did not like the quality of this cooler. Bulky and did not hold cold for long.
