Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids Food Storage Container Set, 24-Piece Set

I love these containers. The lids fit tight and they stack perfectly. Caution if you heat something to boiling in the microwave using the vented lids, though. If you boil too fast, the liquid can spew out the vent on the lid like a surfacing whale! What a mess. I learned that the hard way; longer time + lower power = not having to clean my microwave because of boil-overs again. Did I mention they easily withstand being used to boil things in the microwave? My last set (a different brand) didn't hold up so well to that. This set does it without any problems. And, they wash up easy, too.

Love these sturdy containers. Great for storing items in the refrigerator or pantry. Also great for microwaving leftovers. Although the lids are also microwavable, I prefer to use wax paper over the top instead to save the lids from possibly melting.

The lids fit inside each other,a s does the bowls. The sizes are perfect for any quantity left over or product, whether it be a small amount to a very good medium size. These are freezable as well as microwavable. The price could not be beat. For the usage, these are as good as the product storage items hosted in homes.

I've used several brands of this type of storage container. I prefer Rubbermaid over the other brands. I moved from a place with a smaller kitchen a while back, and have been gradually adding things to my household supplies. Not too long ago I bought 4 very large Rubbermaid containers. I have some smaller Tupperware containers, but their lids don't fit well, so I am planning on returning them to the relative who gave them to me. This left me needing a bunch of small and medium sized kitchen storage containers, so I ordered this set, and I like them as much as I like the very big ones I bought. The lids work well, and the bases are clear enough to see what's in them. They can go in the fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. They can also be stacked when stored. I don't recommend putting any plastic container in the microwave, as the heat releases some of the plastic chemicals into the food. This is not healthy. Also don't use plastic wrap in the microwave for the same reason. Anyway, I like these containers a lot, they can be used for other than food related items, and they last a while. I will get more if I need to, and I do recommend them to others.

I've had these for awhile and ordered more, these are very sturdy, I microwave them regularly and pack my lunch daily in the smaller ones. The big ones are perfect for storing leftovers and the small ones are good for sides and salad dressing.

These containers are great! Fits everything I need to store AND the lids clip to the bottom of the container for storage, how much better can you get!!!

This purchase was a no brainer! I love Rubbermaid products. Vented lids allow me to warm my food in the microwave with ease. No more exploding bowls of food to clean up. Out with the old and in with the new!

Microwave and dishwasher safe. Keeps my plastics cabinet neat and tidy. Bowls snap together and stay stacked empty or full.

I was super surprised at how many of these containers I got for the crazy low price, and they seem like pretty good quality for the money. They do stack, which is super cool (no knocking them over if they happen to be stacked in the fridge). They held up really well through the microwave and dishwasher (even have a little vent on some of the larger lids, for proper microwave heating), but they did not hold up in the freezer. I cut up bananas to freeze for smoothies and the container just cracked and fell apart when frozen. This is the only reason I have them 4 stars. Other than that, they were perfect.

Nearly all of our Easy Find Lids have cracked or the tabs have broken off. The containers discolored quickly and now the edges are breaking off at the corners. These did not hold up as expected and if you try buying the newer sets the red lids are lighter color or you get the aqua color the lids often do not snap on to the older dark red containers which held up better. Loved these organizers but too many failing early than they should for a Rubbermaid product.
