This stuffed squirrel looks a lot like a real squirrel which I have plenty of in my front and backyards. My dogs love the squirrel. They are heavy chewers, so I have ordered several of these squirrels to keep them entertained.
This looks very realistic. My digs love to chase squirrels so this is a favorite toy. Definitely not for a dog that chews them up because this wouldn't last long. I put it on a fishing pole like stick and they try to catch it. FUN!!
Our little dog has always been a curious squirrel chaser. We’ve had 3 hanging around our backyard this winter so I decided to give her a little version. She really likes it!
My dog loves all the toys from this brand. He is always playing or carrying them around in and out of the house. He is pretty hard on toys and they out last other brands. Good brand of pet toy and the wild animal toys look real life.
This one's a keeper. My rescue pit puppy loves it, chews and squeaks it, tosses it around. The rope allows me somewhere to hold onto it. Good purchase. Made well, sturdy.
I like that it seemed more life-like, or at least "good enough" to be compared to the real thing for a dog. My pitbull, Daisy, gets things thrown at her by the squirrels in the yard. So, to help her feel like she's "leveling out the score", I bought her this... she tore it to pieces then proceeded to take the carcass out to the backyard. I can only assume that she went to show them what she's capable of. Side note: this dog also chases butterflies, lets birds bathe in her water dish, and babysits baby bunny nests when the mom is away. It has not deterred the squirrels one bit, but it sure makes Daisy feel better and that's all I really wanted to do. For those wondering, the toy isn't durable. Daisy was able to rip open seams almost immediately. Luckily, once the "squirrel guts" (stuffing) is removed and the squeaker destroyed, Daisy seemed content with her handiwork.
I didn’t really pay attention that this product doesn’t have the rope handles like the chipmunk toy, which is much sturdier for a small Dachshund, originally bred to go after badgers and are fearless. This breed can destroy a toy in minutes. Hoping it lasts the chewing stage of a puppy.
My pup loved it but it didn't last but a couple hours of playing. loved the squeaky realistic look to it just wish it lasted longer
Great looking dog toy, adn as a large should be more durable. Our malamute ripped the head off inside of an hour of getting it.
My dogs love chasing squirrels so I purchased this to train them with. It lasted 2 hours before the threading came loose and my dog was able to remove the stuffing. It was also too expensive for the durability to be so inadequate. I would not recommend this product. Buy something that will last longer.
