Good nicotinamide supplement
I was looking for a nice simple b3 supplement and this one met my needs. Niacinamide and nicotinamide are the same form of vitamin b3 for anyone else who was wondering, like me. I think it's working fine for me.

My complaint with it is that it's very difficult to swallow and leaves a bad taste. Other than that, it seems to live up to what it is. And since it was Dr recommended, I will continue to take it, but probably look for one and capsule form next time that would be easier to swallow.
