Aluminum Free
It is my understand that aluminum is not for human consumption but aluminum free baking powder is frequently hard to find. When I found Rumford, it became my go-to baking powder product and I I have been using it for over 60 years for all of my baking needs and I have never been disappointed.

wrong product and poor customer service
Ordered Aluminum-free baking powder, received the regular baking powder, sent a message to seller and never hearing back.

Do not buy online! In store only!
I paid for (2) Rumford aluminum-free baking powders, but only received one. I emailed the 3rd party seller and they asked me for my order number, then never responded or corrected my order. So now it's a day past the return date, and I've paid double for one 8.1 oz can. I recommend only buying in store when they are in stock, and not ordering online and having it shipped.
