honestly i like it.. dunno bout the flavor cuz i dry scoop the stuff lol.. but from what i can tell, it's good.. definitely gives me a boost for extra cardio and pumps..i like it

ive never used pre-work out before and wanted to try this bc of the flavor. mixes good w water, my son just dumps it in his mouth. he likes the flavor as do i, seems to do what its intended for.

tastes good. gives a little energy. makes you have the sensation of being itchy all over or bugs crawling on you. id buy it again.

It doesn't taste like sunny d but it tastes okay and it doesn't make me itchy like some other per work outs

For some reason this makes my Head and stomach hurt, is the only pre that does this. Not buy again Pump 3/5 Taste 5/5 No crash

This stuff tastes terrible and made me extremely itchy at the gym. Only giving 2 stars because it gave me a decent pump

The flavor is really overpowering and kind of gross, if I could really feel the effects I could try to power through bt I barely felt any difference.

Tastes great. But this is not a great pre-workout product. It does not provide much of a "hit". It does not provide much "focus factor" either. And the crash after the workout is horrible. I used this for only three workouts before purchasing something else.
