Good price per serving good energy, I could feel the beta-alanine and it wasn't that strong so it felt good so 2 g is good not much of a pump with the with the citrulline and I am good with that I will buy again iam 65 yr old and weight 185lbs I got it for energy.

decent for the price and amount of servings.no tingling or any unusual effects.not the strongest option but it's gives fair amount of energy after 40 or so minutes.i was taking two servings of six star pre workout prior,about $15 a tub and last me only 15 days.Nutricoast has 60 servings so it's a much better value,but less energy from it.

this is not the correct product i dont know what it is but it's off white and not even in the correct size container

Did not come with a scooper nor does it look to be be anywhere near close to 60 servings
