This pre workout is great for prolonged workouts due to its slow release plus prolonged caffeine effects. It helps boost strength in the moment of your workout and after the workout you don't crash from the 390mgs of caffeine like you'd expect. You'll hardly feel any pain from lactic acid until a day or two prior to your workout routine. The only downside there is to this pre is the lack of pump you'll get from it, personally, I don't find it necessary so I'm not bothered by it.

It has a TON of caffeine so if you aren't used to that much caffeine only use a 1/2 scoop to start out with.

Great product just not taste. Tasted nothing like cherry to me

I picked up my package today after waiting a whole week for my product. Then when I was opening it, I noticed the container was broken. Powder was leaking out of the package and I will attach my video. The plastic broke into shards and into the powder so none of it can be used. This did not even come in a box?? Really cheaped out here and will not shop here again. I expect a refund or another container of pre workout.
