Highly Recommend
I have degenerative arthritis (disc disease) in my neck and chronic acute pain in my shoulders and back. I've been prescribed expensive gels that didn't work. I won't take pain pills so I tried these. They are the ONLY thing that work to help reduce my pain over all of the prescription and over-the-counter pain gels/lotions. Salonpas For Pain Relief
These little patches are my first choice in pain relief. No messy creams, gels or sprays and they last for up to 8 hours. Good enough to get me through the day or night. Although the older style stuck on somewhat better, these work fine if you wash and dry the area where they will be attached. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
