Fast, easy setup. The instructions aren't the greatest so my advise is to checkout youtube for clarification. Helped me out tremendously. There is also a recall on some of these, but I just purchased mine and it was not one affected by the recall. 2-3 adults would fit comfortably. Maybe 4 but anymore than that and you're gonna be skin to skin, lol.

I can only review based on having a short period of time but I will say my initial experience is absolutely 5 stars. The deal is unbeatable, setup is not bad at all, within 24 hours we were relaxing at 104 degrees. It is super sturdy and the jets are awesome too. My husband was a serious skeptic about an inflatable tub but he is sold.

it was very easy to set up. It was sturdier than i had expected. I'd say it's really only for 2 people, maybe 3. The temperature does go down while using the bubbles but honestly thats a good thing because it's really hot at first. We use it often and love it.

Setup took less time than opening boxes. Added partial hot water to speed up heating time. Be prepared for 24-48 hours for heating water otherwise. Grandkids tried out first night. Absolutely love for smaller patios. Says 4-6 person. I would suggest 4 because 6 adults would be close quarters. Only downside was no specific setup directions. I knew setup from having a different version previously. So worth purchase for cold winter months

BUY THIS!!! Purchased on Black Friday and immediately put together. We loved it. Then ice storm 2025 happened. We decided we'd chance it and protected the motor with blankets. It survived perfectly. Then hail storm 2025. You know what didn't get damaged? THIS SPA!! This thing is perfect for what we wanted. We've made sure to protect it when weather deemed necessary. It has held up to all the conditions like a boss. I'd buy this again and again.

super easy setup, no tools required! I would recommend filling and heating it up in warmer weather it took me a couple days because I was heating it up in cold weather. but it has maintain heat very well, the bubble jets are very impressive and extremely strong!

We bought one of these for a rental home and it has held up well. The only thing we don't like is that when the electricity flickers, the heater turns off and we have to reset it. Also the lid is quite heavy for a 76 year old widow with back problems to lift off and set aside. It would be nice if the lid came in two parts- easier to lift and easier to set aside while the tub is in use. We liked this enough to buy another one for a second rental we own. It isn't as good as the hard shell spas with fancy equipment but it suits are rental needs. The first one is now 3 years old and no repairs or holes.

its nice, i love it and my kids love ot but ive also had to file 3 warranty claims and ive only had it for 6 months. the lid came with a hole in it, the pump stopped working and error codes keep popping up so need a new box. good customer service but alot work and time to get new parts

Was very excited to get this. After we filled up with water went to turn on and water went everywhere like a fountain . Had to drain to find out the filter line coming into tub was not sealed correctly had to pack up and take back to Walmart. Thanks for wasting my water and my water bill increase for nothing. Very disappointed.

I was looking forward to getting this to replace one I had had for several years which finally developed a leak I couldn't patch. The price offered was really excellent, but the status quickly changed to delayed and I couldn't not find any way to get additional information online regarding its status. Finally after two months, I called customer support and was told I should just cancel it because it must've been lost in shipping, and I was not able to re-order it at the same good price. Disappointing.
