Seems to be as good or better than what I have been ordering. It is a few dollars more however I can get free shipping from Walmart and not pay a shipping fee with Walmart plus higher price equals out to having to meet a minimum with an online supplement company that has minimum order amount. Will likely purchase again.

This is really a quality brand at a great price!
This is as good if not better than the more expensive brand of Sam- E. I used to take Sam-e years ago when I didn't have insurance to get a prescription for depression. At that time, I took four per day and with the cost of Sam E it was really expensive. Thankfully I was able to get insurance and I started taking a low dose of Wellbutrin. It worked famously for that year but earlier this year I'm not sure if it's the new stressor or the new roommate who thinks I can't smell the cigarette smoke if it's after midnight or just tolerance, but the low dose of Wellbutrin had stopped working as well. I didn't want to increase my dosage and incur side effects, so I looked online to see if there were any contraindications and I started taking two of these. Now I feel like my old self. And the price of this brand cannot be beat! Even the Walmart brand which is a good brand cost more than this one. Sam-e is the best over the counter for depression and I have tried almost everything. I am kind of a nootropic nut.
