Easy set up! I've wanted one for soooo long I finally got one on the black Friday sale! Love it! Couldn't be happier! Out of LG and Sony and Roku this new one is my favorite!!!! Super smooth chic clean look!
Be careful ordering TV's from here. I just got my tv delivered, took it out the box and turned it on…the first thing I see is a big white line going down the middle of the tv. This isn't visible unless you turn the tv on, after a few seconds of it being it on it turned off by itself. And continued to turn off and on just showing the white line down the middle. It's obviously damaged, I don't know if it got damaged in transit or was sent out like that but this is a big inconvenience. Now I have to take it back to the store to get a new one and hope that one works. 0/10 Walmart. Aside from that the tv looks very good and is very big, it just doesn't work. :/
We were excited and looking forward to getting our new Samsung TV. Sadly, however, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. First we were told it would be here on 11/30, then 11/27. We stayed home and waited all day for it. Late that evening we were told it wouldn't get here until the 28th. When it finally got here we plugged it in and turned it on. The picture had a 4 inch wide vertical bar going down the middle of the screen. (See photo). Called Samsung and showed them a picture of the defect. They immediately told me this is a Walmart problem. I got a return authorization label from Walmart and told it would be picked up by FedEx on 11/30. They never showed up. FedEx told me Walmart never set up a return with them. I had to schlep the TV to FedEx myself. Altogether a really bad Walmart experience
Check before you have it installed . I noticed the box didn't come with straps nothing big , till I had it installed.picture is good quality but I noticed when it goes dark it has white spots . Not even my2017 edition has that . Now I have to hire again to uninstall and install again ! And no exchange only refund and buying again!
After a long wait finally received t v. it was damaged. So I started return process and it finally has been returned and a week later still haven't been able to see refund. Here it is blk Friday and am unable to order another tv being I haven't received refund. This whole process has so far taken over a half a month just by ordering a t v. Was unable to watch it thanksgiving games or anything. Reordering will take another week if not longer so I've been with a tv for over two weeks and will be even longer thanks to the slow process of delivery and thanks to some worker either at fed x or Walmart distribution for sending me a damaged tv and for this process to take so long. I'm disabled and cannot go in store as I can't carry it. Also fed x didn't leave it at my door they left it by the office two floors down. I had to pay someone to help me bring it up. And back down there to return it. So thanks Walmart for ruining my thanksgiving as I was unable to watch games and haven't been able to watch tv at all.
L TV came broken. I have called many times for this TV to be picked up and it still has not been picked up. Please come and pick up this broken TV.
How..? With quality control in place does a TV leave a manufaturing plant with a ball of hair behind the screen? I have purchased $$$$ to $ Tv's for over 30 years, and have never seen the likes of this EVER. These pictures really don't show the same justice as if you where siting right in front of the tv. (even 12 feet away....!)Plus the fact alone that a persons hair is actually IN my tv...... is frustrating, and yes soooo disgusting. (really) Just to think if this was given to a close friend at Xmas ....? Wow! I'm so disapointed.
Conservative channels, such as Newsmax are blocked on the Samsung TV. It does not allow the download of the Newsmax plus app. I had to purchase and connect a ROKU to be able to stream all channels which I wanted. This makes the smart programming in the TV. Totally worthless as the Roku will handle everything, the TV does plus more. If you purchase a TV, avoid Samsung if you want to be able to get all streaming channels.
I'm sure it is a great TV, but unfortunately when the local Walmart on West Little York and Fry Rd 77449 SOLD the TV I bought online to pickup in store (I went to p/u within the given days). This is not the first time Walmart sells items purchased online to pickup in store on Black Friday sales, they should not give a few days to pick up if they are not going to hold the items purchased. I had to buy another TV online and have it shipped due to local unavailability…. So, the item arrived, opened the box to find out that the TV's display is cracked… (im sure it happed during transit due to mishandling). I suggest to pick up the same day you place an order with Walmart on Black Friday items and if possible avoid having large/fragile items shipped. Hope I can find another 65” locally (Upset Customer).
LCD had color lines splitting the screen vertical.
