I like what they stand for and I've been taking them for a month, I do see a slight difference but I'll keep using them. Also I really like the fact that one bottle last for three months because the directions says take one per day Try it because you may like 👍🏾 them.

This is one of the best collagen products I've tried. I used it for a while then stopped. I notice a difference in my skin. Should be taken continuously and as directed. Give it a chance to work and noticeable improvements happen in hair, skin, and nails. a great product. I highly recommend!
