Sauder Palladia Computer Desk With Hutch, Select Cherry Finish

Fairly easy to assemble. Took about 4-5 hours. There were two parts missing but customer service sent them out same day. The drawers are very functional and hold a lot of supplies. The space for hard drive is big enough to also house the modem. Would recommend this desk 100%!

We really like this computer desk. Somehow, the online pictures didn't make it look as "fancy" as it actually is. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, so it took me between 6-6 1/2 hours to assemble. That doesn't include laying all the pieces out all over our living room and sorting all the hardware into individual empty pill bottles. I knew I kept them for something. I wish the nails for the back panels weren't shiny silver. I used a brown Sharpie to make them disappear. The only problem I had assembling the desk was, wherever there were little wood screws, i.e. hinges and such, the screw holes were only drilled about 1/8". I had to match the hole size and drill them deeper. It wasn't a big deal, but it took extra time.

Bought this for an update to a home office. Very adequate. Instructions well written. A lot of parts. It takes a while. Everything well designed & functional. I'd buy it again.

This is my second home office desk from Sauder. My first one was destroyed in our move to our new house. I bought the exact same model as the first, because I liked the quality, the look and the ease of assembly. I wouldn't hesitate to by any product from Sauder in the future.

Very nice piece of furniture. Packing was excellent. Included thick cardboard corner protectors and boxes covered with plastic. Directions was excellent and parts marked well. Hardware packaged individually and marked. A few pcs of hardware missing and a lil confusion on keyboard drawer pulls but a quick call will fix. It is a beautiful addition to our office. Ty

I had been wanting this desk for a while but had seen reviews that made me hesitant to order it. I finally ordered this desk and am so happy with it. My husband put it together in about 7 hours. We received all our parts, he followed the instruction book, which was easy to do, and there are no flaws anywhere. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and I am so happy that I bought it. I just wish I had ordered it sooner. Very happy customer!!!

I can't see how you could get a better quality desk at this price point. I was looking for a large desk as I am WFH fulltime now and I looked at a lot of options before making this selection. It is sturdy and is very attractive. The lament looks like real wood and the little touches makes it look like a really expensive piece of furniture. I may remove the keyboard draw so that any reasonably sized chair will fit under the desk as you only have 25.5" clearance from the floor to the bottom of the draw and most chairs with arms will not fit under the desk. The instructions were very clear and it took about 8hrs to complete as there are a lot of piece. I have mine on carpet, so you should think about attaching some carpet sliders to the legs where you can.

It beautiful and heavy but per most of the other reviews it is a royal pain to put together. After we started putting it together I wished I'd of paid the extra to have someone come to my house to put it together.

While the desk turned out well in the end, we paid for assembly service with Angi that was awful. First person came and said they needed another person to assist. Second person came a few hours later but first person NEVER returned. Second person took almost 10 hours to assemble - and left the job incomplete promising to return the next day. Which Never happened! Had to have college students come help my elderly family member who I ordered this for Picture shows the desk partially assembled.
