I love these gf lady fingers! I thought enjoying tiramisu was a thing of the past when I found out I had to be gluten free. But these are perfect for making tiramisu from scratch which is so easy—and my family had no idea 😜
it's so good for a gluten free tiramisu.
They were broken too many pieces. tastes good but they were broken so was hard to use in the recipe.
These ladyfingers have an Italian cookie taste and are not too sweet. I do have the urge ,however, to put something on top of them as they are very dry maybe some jelly, ricotta cheese and cinnamon, or a sweet nut butter or even honey. I think they would be fine for a gluten-free sweet treat that way Eaten plain —they are begging to be part of a tiramisu.
its ok. not much taste. used for pudding and cake additions
I am so very disappointed in this product outside is not crisp and crunchy like it used to be. It's just all soft. They used to be a nice little crust on the outside.
Product pictured was not the product delivered. But same mfg. cookies had a fishy taste and did not work well in a GF Tiramisu. Very grainy and did not absorb espresso well.
I got 2 packages of these to make Tiramisu more than half were broken in some way
I'm used to gluten free being not as good as regular but these were beyond. I bought 3 packs. It's a good thing that I did because there were so many broken ones I would not have been able to make the dish I wanted to make. They were very hard and nothing like a "lady finger".
These were stale and hard. They should be soft. I used them in a dessert recipe for tiramisu and they ruinded the whole thing...not to mention all the money that went into the ingredients!
