Very satisfied

Ivan July 28, 2020

Arrived unscathed, easy assembly. For a bicycle this cheap it's pretty awesome. Just some slight tuning on the brakes and it was ready to go. Rides nice even though it's on the heavy side. No matter it's for short trips and exercise. Very sturdy frame. Tires ok for now. Next set will be an upgrade. Smooth accuracy on the shifting. Derailleur's are quiet, needing no adjustments. Will recommend for shorter trips even though I expect it to hold up on a long run.. Great for exercise .. Very impressive looking bike..

Great bike for the price!! Due to the difficulty in finding a bike during COVID-19 I found this to be the only mens bike that I could find after looking at many bike shops. I did hesitate on making the purchase due to the low price. I am so happy that I took the chance!! This bike rides well and also has a high quality look. I would highly recommend purchasing this bike.

Insane value. But make an informed decision.

Gabe June 26, 2020

Great value. Ride around NYC, gear shifting is clumsy and takes a while to get used to. Took me three rides to get comfortable with gear shifting. Putting the bike together was pretty simple, the instruction manual isn't helpful since it covers assembly for multiple bike type builds. The front disc break is hard to align. People have complained about how it's easy to misalign, which creates a squeak if not done properly. It was a lot of trial and error for me. Bike is also a little on the denser side and heavy . Seat is a little hard but you break it in. Honestly you can't beat this price for a hybrid bike. Would recommend again for a casual biker.

Great bike at a fair price

William August 25, 2020

I bought the bike just to learn how to use a multi-speed bike. I never had 21 speeds before. I had 2 flat tires after less than 30 minutes of use. It was not a bike issue it was a bad bike tube. I replaced the tube (under $5) and no more issues. If you own a bike, your going to get flats so you need to know how to fix them. It's not a big deal. Next you need to know how use the gears so you don't cross-chain and drop the chain. Look it up on YouTube. I learned how to adjust both derailleurs and all was good. Most of the bikes I see being returned at Walmart are simply because the purchaser doesn't read their bike manual. To own any multi-speed bike you need to understand cross-chaining and how to adjust the front and rear derailleurs. These kind of bikes need regular maintenance to keep them safe and running smooth. You need to be handy with tools or find a local bike shop to maintain your bike.

Good Bike with manufacturing and cheap parts issue

Tejinnder July 21, 2020

This bike had issues since I got it delivered. Derailleur was damaged and the chain was bent. As there were no bikes available and no help from schwinn or walmart other than returning it. So, installed a new and better rear derailleur, chain, gear twist shifters cost total around $65 for all the parts. And has been riding smoothly since then. I ride 10 miles 3 nights a week and runs great now.

It was a very bad experience. It came with a defect and it was not possible to put the front tire because the frame wasn’t straight. Also, during the assembly, the chain came off and now it is even worse. I gave it two stars because the color was dominant, but still….a very bad experience. I am disappointed in Schwinn, they ruined my day today. P.S: If you see the picture, the bottom part of the bike is not straight so the tire cannot fit.

Rear derailleur

rose April 5, 2021

So, we bought this bike and it arrived on Saturday. My son rode it about 4 miles. On Sunday he went to go ride again and the rear derailleur broke. Hoping what pacific bikes sends remedies the problem and it doesn't need more work

Unusable (2 orders); Fork welded crookedly on both

William July 4, 2020

I've been through two oof these Copeland bikes and both had the same manufacturing problem that made them unusable. The first arrived from a Florida Walmart shipping center and both arms of the front fork were parallel with each other but welded at an angle to the bike centerline so there was no way to mount the front wheel. I returned the bike and Walmart sent a replacement, this time from California. It had the same issue. Someone set the welding jig up wrong at the factory and then cranked these bikes out. The black, plastic shipping spacer in the attached photo simulates the wheel axle. It was forced into the other axle mounting slot which could be done since it was plastic. There is NO way a metal axle could be mounted between the two, misaligned fork arms. Sad since this was a perfectly good kid bike.

Warped, Bent

Reynaldo August 10, 2020

What you should know is that Pacific Cycles has taken over what was once a quality brand (Schwinn) and converted it into a piece of junk. Its obvious that there's no quality control in the manufacturing of these bikes. But I'm sure that their Sales
