Excellent bike but there is a problem, or it seems to be a problem at first. The handlebars. So, we couldn't get them on for NOTHING! until we took the washer piece off then it fit like a glove. Also, no hand brake. Assemble the whole bike before doing the handlebars. Tires were not inflated so you need to have a tire pump nearby.

This bike was a great size for a 4 yr old. Very easy to assemble and looks great! My granddaughter was sooo excited. I would buy this item again. Great quality and well built!

When it was put together, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything was there, no problems at all. My granddaughter loves her bike that Santa brought her!

Bike is super cute and very easy to put together. However, the tassel plug things are missing. So I have to figure that out. But overall it is a beautiful bike.

the inner tube in the tire was a dud nonetheless quick ordered a replacement delivery via walmart a brand that was actually in stick unlike schwinn replacement tube and hopefully i will outlive the embarrassing birthday reveal within 2 hrs. of the party starting

Box was damaged, missing all the hardware pieces so bike can't be assembled. Walmart didn't have the option of replacement so I had to contact schwinn. Decals were also damaged. I have a sad kid who really wants to ride!

The tires don't want to stay in the rim, like the lip of the rim isn't big enough to hold them. Even with way less air than recommended.

This is NOT schwinn quality. There were only Spanish instructions but was still able to assemble as that part was relatively easy to do. The handlebars do not turn smoothly and it feels bumpy as you turn. The pedals also do not rotate smoothly and catch and make a click sound. When I contacted Walmart to tell them my concerns they did not care at all. In total I spoke with 5 different people all of which advised me to return the bike. None seemed concerned about the poor quality of the bike or the additional time it would take for me to disassemble it and return it to a store when this was no fault of my own. I was then offered for someone to pick it up and they would contact me to organize pick up, received an email shortly after so my item didn't qualify and I needed to take it to the store, so I reached out to Walmart for the fifth and final time when I was again told someone would reach out to organize pickup-I never heard from them. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE, the quality is terrible and the Walmart customer service is even worse. I've wasted over 2-3 hours trying to get this issue resolved without them caring at all.
