My first science kit
The 4 yr old grandsons really liked the science kit, and it was a good fit with other things they were doing in their homeschool preparation program.

The rating is not accurate because my 4 year old grandson had not yet used this gift before I returned home, but does look like something he will enjoy. It looks like supervision is necessary.

Too simple and cheap. Returned it.
As soon as I took it out of the shipping box I could tell this was not appropriate for a 9 year old. It would not hold her interest or be exciting to receive as a gift. I knew immediately it would need to be returned.
