It is very difficult to straighten out this hose so I'd recommend you unwinding it when the weather is warm and putting it in place once you've got that done but wait to use it when you need it. Dummy me ordered it when she needed it and the cooler weather is keeping it from straightening out. Anyway it's a good product. Does what it is supposed to do.

Prompt service from Walmart. Heated hose arrived in time for our first freezing weather in the RV. Heated hose works great and kept us from having freezing issues.

Lifesaver! I recommend plugging it in to get it warming up if you are like me and trying to get it going in the freezing weather. It's doing great in this near zero weather and high winds, but I did insulate it as much as possible.

The installation was the issue. It would have been nice to know what end the thermostat was on. Nowhere in the directions did it say. So, in researching this issue I found it could be on either end. Companies have their own ideas. Some are on one end while others are on the other. Since one end would be inside a chicken coop where it is not freezing, that did matter. So we had to get in touch with the customer service and waited for their reply. After we got that info, it all went well and works nicely

It's really stiff.. my nozzle froze. I could not get it to work as a horse hose that laid outside ..however I did not keep it plugged in 24/7 due to the cost in electricity. The stiffness made me return it as a horse hose. We will just carry buckets instead if trying to get this to work. Nozzle froze, pump water froze . Maybe it work for you , it's easier yo just carry buckets

I got two hoses. Only ordered one. Delivery person left on end of driveway. Certainly could have brought to porch. I hope it does the job for this cold time we are going to have.

First hard freeze and water hose froze up between water source and cabinet of RV. Hose is warm inside cabinet and inside insulated box at water source. Everywhere in between, no heat on hose. We are only 6 degrees with a wind chill of -17. Hose supposed to work to -45.

I bought this so I didn't have to run water in my camper, when it dropped below freezing, but, the temperature dropped below freezing, and the water still froze.

It don't come with male and female ends. Every hard to try and hook up. Not nothing what expected to be
