The florida property was tore up by house setup. its very sandy, this grass seed seems to be working great.

It's hard to say if this would have worked appropriately as I had AT%26T come in and dig up my yard after I had laid this seed. I feel like I see some growth but we are now in rainy season and it could be the growth of weeds.

We did not get a single bald of grass. Used 3 bags and absolurely nothing .. waste of money .. never again a scotts product
