All you have to do is unbox, unplug, and go to settings. Very easy and convenient! Just got a PS5 and found that only a few games took up almost all my storage. You transfer any games you’ve already played over to this and bam your system is good to go
Works great with my ps4,reformatted the hard drive and now I have plenty or space for my game currently have 90 games downloaded to it and it still has over a terabyte left ,and I love the nice playstation blue light on the back goes great with any playstation
I liked it because it was 4TB. so far no problems. I also bought an internal storage 4TB. So in total, I have 8TB. certain games take up a lot of memory. I have more than enough space for all of my games.
Beware when purchasing this product because it is not 5 TB. I am a Walmart associate who bought this for my brother and when he set up it to give additional backup for his PS5 console it only showed 1 TB.
The product states it's for PS4 AND PS5, but cannot download or save PS5 games from my PS5 onto this external storage. I bought this because it said it was PS5 compatible..
I like the fact that it holds the games!! what I didn't like was the fact that you have to keep deleting and uploading the games back and forth instead of playing them directly from the hard drive!! I spent more time waiting for the game to either transfer to the hard drive or download to my system rather than actually playing my game!! I figured by the hard drive being connected to the game system, you could play straight from the hard drive!! but I was wrong!! I should have just invested in the internal hard drive instead😞😞
Item is not what they are saying it is Hard drive in 5TB is a The number OJ13623 appears to be an MLC (Multi-Layer Ceramic capacitor) code or a related manufacturing/part number associated with a specific Hitachi 320GB 2.5-inch internal hard disk drive (HDD) model, likely the HTS723232A7A364. It is not the main model number itself. It was switch out do not buy!!!!
I got this product because my old storage drive didn’t support ps5 games. So you’d think getting a ps5 extension hard drive would solve that issue but this doesn’t
I really wouldn’t even give it a review if it didn’t make you at least click one star it would’ve got a zero from me. It states that you can store up to 60 PlayStation five games on there and also PlayStation 4 games but when you hook it up, it only lets you store PlayStation 4 games Horrible product way too much money and false advertisement I give it a -5 star review
I bought this one thinking it was gonna work for my ps5 because you know it says it on the box and it won’t even let me download ps5 games on it only ps4 really disappointed
