I was happy to find a salt that included 60+ nutrients that natural salt has. I use salt every day on my food and wanted to ensure I'm getting the most nutrients out of everything I can. The celtic sea salt does have that ocean salt taste. It took me a few times eating to get used to it but now it's my new normal. just wish they added iodine so it was a complete nutrient.

I use this salt for everything. It is very tasty. Sometimes I will just take a pinch, just to taste.

Love this salt, it's real salt! It has good texture and it tastes great! You get the minerals you need and you don't get dehydrated. I take a pinch when I need the extra boost, it helps with dehydration.

I love this product and even add it to my water and electrolytes two times daily in addition to adding it on my food! I eat low carb so this product gives me all that I am missing in that lifestyle!

As always, the Celtic salt is the best. There's something about the flavor that is superior to others I have tried… And I've tried many. But it's very chunky for fine sea salt. I don't know if it's chunky enough to go in a grinder, but it's a little chunky for a salad. It's great than anything else that you're cooking. It's going to melt into the food.
