SENIX 17.7” 26.5cc 4-Cycle Gas Weed Eater, 12lb Straight Shaft Handle Adjustable String Trimmer Weed Wacker, GTS4QL-L

I like the weedeater so far, have only used it once. The power is great but seems a little hard to start. Guess I will catch on to it though. The packaging was terrible. Looked like it had been returned and taped the box shut. It had a hole in the bottom and on the side of the box. I looked at it though and the machine looked very good. Glad I kept it.

The 1st trimmer that arrived had packaging damage and the trimmer was broken (plastic housing/guard). But, a replacement arrived siper fast and all was well. So, customer service was spot on. Assembly was easy, but make sure you have torx bits as the tool provided is a bit too long. Otherwise, you have to separate the handhold from the mounting block. Good looking model. 4 cycle is great as you no longer need to mix oil in your gas. One gas can now serves all my lawn tools. This trimmer is as good as any other brands, but costs $100 dollars less.

Right out of the box, to break it in, we ran it for about 20 minutes at a time then gave it a break. So far we've done about 2 acres no issues, works great. I just hope it lasts for a long time because it's very helpful.

I am quite satisfied with this string trimmer, the 4 stroke engine performs well, actually much better than another that i bought before that lasted just about a year and the carburetor was not well calibrated for the CFM of the engine. The engine wore out prematurely. It was not from the same manufacturer. The only little problem is about a vibration that is generated from the spool, I cannot see what causes that... But in general this trimmer has been well engineered and works well and powerful.

CAN NOT get a reply from the service support email 2 times Acts like a bad carb right out of the box never would rev high. only used ethanol free as in all my stuff. Now when any throttle is used it chokes out. I replaced the spark plug and cleaned air filter as manual suggests. Only used it about 3 hours.

I have no idea how this weedeater works. When the box arrived it had been completely cut open several places and then taped back together. I opened it to find parts thrown inside and a strong smell of gasoline. This was OBVIOUSLY an item previously sold and returned, then re-sold to me as new. I consider this to be fraud. I returned the item immediately and while it took several weeks, I did ultimately get a refund.

Ran good for about two uses now I can't get it to start and now the summer months are coming on us. I need a good reader, but this one won't start if there's anything that I could do to get it fixed or get it replaced, I would truly appreciate it but at this point I can't do it even get it to start

When I got it, the assembly was good and easy, but when I pour gas in it, it started to pour out of the gas tank. There was a crack in the tank when I received it.

Don't waste your money. I haven't even had a chance to use this junk once After filling up with fuel and oil the pull cord broke when attempting to start it. The weedeater is leaking fuel every where. I really believe I was sold a refurbished unit because the fuel tank looks like it had been removed and there is oil leaking from the unit shaft.

Used for 10 minutes, then wouldn't spin when squeezing the throttle. The parts inside are not spinning or attached anymore.
