I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I was sent to a Neurosurgeon however the appointment was 3 weeks away. I went to my Chiropractor %26 he told me I needed cervical traction immediately. In my area the only option was to go back to the doctor %26 get a referral for physical therapy. Instead I ordered this cervical collar so I could do it at home myself. The relief was immediate. My pain slowly subsided %26 by the time I saw the neurosurgeon he said he couldn't make any money off me, lol. I highly recommend this product!!

I was hesitant to order this, but nothing has worked for my pain. I recently started working from home and I'm on the computer all day. My posture is not a good as it should be. so my neck and shoulders have hurt so badly. i threw this on the minute it came and i already have relief. i see on this and others like it with several 1 start reviews about the pump breaking. you just have to be more careful with it. it may be difficult for someone who has hand and finger mobility issues. this thing is great!

I am very surprised by this collar. it is soft, it inflates correctly just like a blood pressure cuff. it fits comfortable, it has velcro straps if you want to strap it under your chin. this thing is incredibly awesome, not exaggerating, at keeping your next stabilized and doing the decompression action on the spine.

Really helps with cervical radiculopathy. It takes almost all the pressure off your neck. You'll wanna leave it on longer than you're supposed to. You can feel relief instantly.

Things happen. The product was really good. It was missing something in the handle. The air was shooting out of the handle instead of pumping it into the brace. It happens. The product is well worth the price. I am pleased a refund was issued immediately and would highly recommend the product again things happen. No one is perfect

Back in 2008 I had a disc bulge and compression that was treated with disc de-compression therapy. It was amazing. This feels great, immediate relief that stops that icy burning pain. Not a cure, but gets you through until you can get to physical therapy. Put it on before inflating. The tube and the pump are the only downsides so far, plus it is kinda hot.

It seems to be designed for people with tiny necks not muscular men or anything like that. It is very uncomfortable to wear, it actually chokes you a bit. It does not support the chin area at all.

It had no directions of anything on the box.Or inside the box very disappointed.I do not want to mess my neck up even worse

I purchased from this Walmart vendor because the promised shipping time for this more expensive item was 2-days instead of 3-days for less expensive similar products from other Walmart vendors. I needed it within 2 days to use on a long round trip airline flight. The item arrived a day late on the 3rd day after I was already at the airport instead of on the promised 2nd day. As a result of the late delivery, I was not able to use the item on my airline flight. I will not be able to test it until I have another reason to fly. Do not make your purchase decision on the false promise of a 2-day delivery.

Terrible fit around my neck! Felt like the connection straps were choking me once the pillow was filled with air.
