KitchenAid should always be five stars
I am a huge KitchenAid fan and expect perfection when I spend $100 on a toaster. The lift feature is lacking. It does not lift an English muffin, or a waffle high enough to easily remove it.

A lot of raw seams with threads hanging loose and filling is already shifting. Quality is not there. These are also NOT “extra firm”. Pillow collapses underneath your head, making the edges rise up over your face, when lying on your side. If you're claustrophobic like me, it's impossible to sleep like this.

I ordered 2 packs and overall they are great quality pillows. But one did come torn unfortunately my husband threw the box away so I'm not able to return it.

Disappointing purchase
I purchased the same pillows over the years and always found them extra firm and comfortable. This time, they were not firm at all and felt flat. Not sure if Serta changed how they make their pillows, but it is a disappointment, and I would not purchase them again. Since they were only available online, I was not able to see them before purchasing. I will be returning them.

New Pillows received stained
the pillows came with stains never got to use them they are still in the plastic bag. after waiting for the pillows to arrive wasn't able to try.

NOT FIRM AT ALL, FLOPPY!
These say "Extra Firm"...Lies! We bought these because they said extra firm, we were going to use them as the pillows in the back against our headboard along with our others in hopes to have lots of cushion for relaxing watching movies and these pillows were just as limp and flopped over as pillows you have had for years. Very disappointed!

These are the worst pillows ever! Sold this extra firm they're lumpy soft look like crap! Just remember you get what you pay for.

This pillow is about as xtra firm as my 74 year old rear end. My elderly dog seems to like it though.
